A General Description of Motor Yacht DEFENCE
This motor yacht DEFENCE is a 33 metre 107 (ft) well proportioned GRP composite ship which was crafted by President Yachts and conceived by President Boat International Co, Ltd. Accommodating 8 guests and 4 crew, motor yacht DEFENCE used to be called (President 107) as her shipyard project name and/or yacht title.
New Build & Design for Luxury Yacht DEFENCE
President Boat International Co, was the naval architect firm involved in the formal vessel design work for DEFENCE. President Boat International Co, Ltd is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Taiwan is the country that President Yachts constructed their new build motor yacht in. After formal launch in 2007 in Jiangjun Shiang she was thereafter delivered on to the owner after sea trials. A fairly large area is achieved with a total beam (width) of 8.16 metres / 26.1 feet. With a 2.13m (7ft) draught (maximum depth) she is shallow. The material GRP composite was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created out of grp. Over the deck of DEFENCE she is 28.3 (92.85 ft) in length.
M/Y DEFENCE Engineering Figures / Performance:
Fitted with two CATERPILLAR diesel main engines, DEFENCE is able to reach a top speed of 23 knots. She is driven by twin screw propellers. She also has an economical range of 1100 nautical miles when motoring at her cruising speed of 18 knots.
