The Shipyard Work & Naval Architecture with respect to Luxury Yacht CHALLENGER

Stefano Righini was the naval architecture company involved in the technical vessel design work for CHALLENGER. Also the company Stefano Righini successfully collaborated on this project. Interior designer Zuretti Interior Design was employed for the overall internal styling. In 2001 she was formally launched with celebration in Viareggio and post sea trials and detailing was then passed on to the yacht owner. Azimut Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. A reasonable feeling is achieved with a widest beam (width) of 6.61 metres or 21.7 ft. With a 1.65m (5.4ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is built out of composite. Over the deck of CHALLENGER she is 29.81 (97.8 ft) in length.

Engineering & Speed On M/Y CHALLENGER:
