The 47.7 is designed by the famous Bruce Farr who has created an easily driven, slippery hull and crowned it with a powerful rig and sail plan. Farr designed this yacht without regard to handicap rules and has used his great abilities to create an excellent hull, both in terms of seaworthiness and performance. The hull has a fine entry and yet a comfortably wide transom for racing space and cruising comfort. Beneteau has already sold more than 500 of First 47.7s and they are performing well the world over.

This France, St Tropez Beneteau First 47.7 sailing racer/cruiser offers accommodation for 6 in 3 roomy double cabins. There is also a facility for 2 more bunks in the salon, although this is not recommended. Maximum number of charter guests is 10. She provided plenty of cockpit and deck space for racing or just relaxing on deck at dinner time. She has 2 bathrooms and 2 showers.
