This motor yacht ATTESSA III is a 69 m 225 (foot) significant steel luxury yacht which was developed by The Feadship Royal Van Lent Shipyard and conceived by De Voogt Naval Architects and Andrew Winch. Accommodating 10 passengers and 14 professional crew, motor yacht ATTESSA III was previously known as Lady Aviva; Aviva which was her project name or yacht title. Completed by 1998 her reasonably modern interior decoration reflects the essence of the design work of Andrew Winch.

De Voogt Naval Architects was the naval architecture company involved in the formal nautical plans for ATTESSA III. Her interior design was conceived by Andrew Winch. De Voogt Naval Architects and Andrew Winch is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. the Netherlands is the country that The Feadship Royal Van Lent Shipyard constructed their new build motor yacht in. After her official launch in 1998 in Kaag the boat was then released to the yacht owner after final finishing. Her hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is made for the most part using aluminium. With a beam of 11.3 metres or 37 feet ATTESSA III has fairly large size. A deep draught of 3.6m (11.8ft) determines the list of overall marinas she can enter, taking into account their particular characteristics. She had refit improvement and changes completed in 2005.
