The yacht's general design work came from Cantieri Navali Lavagna (Cnl). The technical naval architecture intellectual property are a products of Cantieri Navali Lavagna (Cnl). Motor Yacht ALILA received her stylish interior designing from the interior design skills of Luca Dini Design / L Eynard. In 2005 she was formally launched to celebration in Lavagna and post sea trials and final completion was then handed over to the yacht owner. Cnl (Cantieri Navali Lavagna Amy / Admiral Mariotti Yachts) completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. A reasonable proportion is achieved with a total beam (width) of 7.1 m or 23.3 feet. With a 2.3m (7.5ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is created from aluminium.
