This motor yacht AGATA is a 33 metre 110 (foot) well proportioned composite ship which was made by Overmarine (Rodriguez Group) and designed by Studio Bacigalupo and Stefano Righini. A well proportioned sports style yacht AGATA is a very high quality Italian made superyacht which was launched to completion in 2002. Sleeping 8 passengers and 3 qualified crew, motor yacht AGATA was known by the name (Mangusta 108) Koji; Spike which was her project name or yacht title. The yacht is a recent sports style yacht.

Studio Bacigalupo was the naval architecture company involved in the formal vessel plans for AGATA. Studio Bacigalupo and Stefano Righini is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. In 2002 she was actually launched to triumph in Massarosa and following sea trials and detailing was thereafter passed on to the owner. Overmarine (Rodriguez Group) completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. The hull was built out of composite. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated predominantly using composite.
