You can also rouse the mind and body on a chartered superyacht and have some exciting fun. Enjoy hours of fun in the sun surrounded by beautiful coastlines, sandy beaches, palm trees, coves and bays.

Yacht FLEUR - water toys and fun

Here are a few of the many water sports to indulge in while at sea on a private superyacht charter:-

1. Wind and kite surfers

Wind or kite surfers need to have a 12mph of wind to be able to get up and ride those waves. Wet suits and surf boards are stored on board, so you’ll have everything you need for a few hours of adrenalin-flowing excitement.  Are you ready for some action? Kiteboarding incorporates all the thrills of snowboarding, wakeboarding, paragliding and skateboarding.

2. Inflatables and water parks
Luxury charter yachts often have inflatable trampolines, jungle gyms, cabanas and climbing walls. There’s also a huge array of water toys and water parks for everyone to try. See if you can keep your balance on balance beams or spend some time on the swings, sea rockers and slides.

3. Towable inflatables
These are some of the very popular water toys guests enjoy. Children simply love the doughnut and banana boat rides which are pulled along behind a tender at nail-biting speeds. Have fun on the waves with sea spray blowing in your face. Inflatables can be stored in small spaces which means your superyacht is able to carry lots of these exciting toys.

4. Towable toys and water skis
New to water skiing? Don’t worry, you’ll get all the help you need to enjoy this amazing sport. Friendly crew will make sure you find your sea legs in no time at all. Experienced water skiers can take to the sea and weave their way through the waves towed by a tender driven by a crew member.

5. Canoes and Kayaks
Canoes and kayaks can be rowed alongside the charter yacht at your own pace. Spend a lazy day in the water in a kayak or canoe which are ideal for novices as well as those with more experience on the water. They are a safe way for guests to enjoy the fresh sea air too.

6. Sub Aqua Toys and submarines
Some superyachts have exciting sub aqua toys and even a submarine! Dive deep into the ocean in a sub to see beautiful coral reefs, brightly coloured fish, rock formations and maybe even a shipwreck. Experience another world under the sea and don’t forget your underwater camera!

7. Jet skis and wave runners
Personal watercraft like wave runners and jet skis are great fun and very versatile. You can get your adrenalin pumping on these high-speed water toys. They are of course only available for adults to use. However, on board instructors can take teenagers out to sea and show them how to operate these amazing toys.

8. Water slides
Inflatable water slides provide hours of excitement and entertainment. Most charter yachts have water slides which come in a variety of sizes and shapes. They are usually attached to the side of the vessel at a 45-degree angle from the top deck. Great when the yacht is anchored and fantastic fun for everyone.

9. Seabobs
A water toy that’s completely different from others. This fabulous jet stream powered toy is great for sailing on top of the waves or you can use it underwater to explore life beneath. Seabobs can usually be found on most charter yachts and the good news is, they are environmentally friendly.

10. Floating pools
Floating pools are a type of enclosed swimming area in the sea. Safe for children, they are large enough for everyone to have a splash around in. Life at sea just wouldn’t be the same without a floating pool.
Plan a luxury yacht charter vacation soon to enjoy all of these water sports and more. When it comes to water sport activities, each guest is well catered for.
