Vitters Shipyard is a well-known and respected Dutch custom luxury yacht builder located in Zwartsluis, in the Netherlands. Vitters Shipyard opened in 1990 and has delivered an impressive list of superyachts up to 75 meters (245’) in length. Vitters Yachts builds top quality motor and sailing yachts, improving with each project providing a comprehensive follow up service.

Vitters Yachts works with world renowned designers and has received numerous awards, a great testament to the owners, designers, the Vitters building team and everyone involved.

Vitters, considers quality to mean 'Exceeding what the client expects'. They closely monitor the quality of the motor and sailing yacht builds in every detail, whether that be technical finish or performance, to ensure the full satisfaction of the owner. The in-house engineering team takes care of the meticulous development of all onboard systems and the yard, located in the North East of Holland has easy access to a wide array of locally available suppliers and subcontractors.

The superyacht building company which is based in Holland believe that even at the top end of the luxury yacht market, it is possible to improve with every yacht that is built. With every new superyacht built, the team challenge themselves to make it better than the previous one, better but not more complicated. A rigorous internal quality control and inspection procedure ensures results in both process and end product. Service and support are also a priority at Vitters and they provide full assistance to ensure each yacht is kept operable, wherever in the world.
 
Although relatively young, Vitters Shipyard has produced an impressive spectrum of yachts, both power and sail for private use and chartering. Vitters Shipyard boasts the following luxury yachts in their fleet:

S/Y Ganesha (2013), Superyacht INOUI (2013), AGLAIA (2011), Sailing yacht Sarissa (2011), S/Y Marie (2010), LADY B, Sailing yacht Cinderella IV, Nirvana, Mystere, Sailing yacht Adele, S/Y Ghost, superyacht Drumbeg (ex Gimla, Nelson), Erica XII, S/Y Whirlaway, megayacht Red Dragon, sail yacht Timoneer, S/Y That's Y, Aphrodite 2, Marguerite, superyacht Felicita, Camelia, Tintagel, sailing yacht Thalia and sailing yacht Aphrodite I. The luxury motor yachts Vitters shipyard have built include Jules Verne, expedition yacht Dardanella, superyacht Timeless, M/Y Ninemia and motor yacht Cavo D’oro.

Dutch yacht builder Vitters Shipyard B.V.also manages and is strongly involved in the creation and the production process of the Cyrus Yachts who build custom and semi-custom power yachts up to 42 m. Deliveries of Cyrus motor yachts include the Award winning 33m semi displacement motor yachts Angel of Joy and FanseaMotor yacht Cyrus One and Cipitouba II are the first yachts in the 34 meter range.

Continually growing and improving, Vitters Shipyard purchased all shares in the composite boat/yachtbuilder Green Marine in 2010. Located in Lymington (UK) and established in 1982 by Bill Green and Ian King, Green Marine has gained fame in the yachting industry with racing yachts such as 'Ran' and 'Jethou'. Specialists in advanced composite projects, Green Marine also built a wide range of successful Volvo Ocean and America's Cup yachts, including sailing yacht 'Mascalzone' and 'Prada'. The Green Marine fleet also includes famous high performance cruising yachts such as Sojana, Leopard, Ghost and recently Cinderella IV. The strategy of the yard will remain unchanged as Green Marine continues to focus on the production of both racing yachts and hulls for high performance cruisers.
